Shihan Paul Fuller began training in 1981 in Alabama in the Korean art of Mu Duk Kwan Tang Soo Do before switching to Taekwondo in 1982. In 1985 he took a 10 year hiatus and returned to training at age 25.
He has trained in many styles including Taekwondo, Yoseikan Budo, Shinkendo, Wing Tchun, Combat Hapkido, and American Kenpo.
Shihan competed extensively in the 90s and won many championships in forms and sparring.

Shihan Fuller was recently inducted into the American Martial Arts Alliance Foundation’s Who’s Who In The Martial Arts Hall of Honors and is a co-author in the 2023, 2024, and 2025 best selling books!

Shihan Fuller has taught in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, Colorado, and Arizona.
